Payment and Refund Policy
To secure your place in a BCA National training course, we require a one-off upfront payment of a $50 enrolment fee; the payment can be made through our online gateway or directly to our bank account.

Currency and Payments
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all payments made through our online payment gateway are always processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
If you are paying by credit card you must use either Visa or MasterCard.
Please note: If you are placing an order on behalf of an educational institution or business you may wish to be billed by invoice. To be invoiced for your training course, please contact one of our training coordinators on 1300 69 35 65.
Goods and Services Tax
All prices quoted on our website are GST exempt. Accredited training programs are not subject to GST.
Your receipt will document all courses for which you have paid an enrolment fee for.
A receipt will be emailed to you where an applicable email address has been provided. All other receipts will be delivered by mail.
Refunds for Training Courses
Students are entitled to a refund under certain circumstances. Below are the conditions relating to refunds.
Training does not commence
BCA National will provide a 100% refund of monies paid in the event a proposed course in which a student is enrolled does not commence.
Training has commenced and is cancelled by BCA National
If the student has paid fees in advance and has participated in training and BCA National cancels the course, the student will be entitled to a pro-rata refund. Where the student has submitted assessments they will be assessed and where applicable a Statement of Attainment will be issued. The student maybe offered an alternative schedule in place of a refund.
Student withdraws from training prior to commencement
If a student has paid fees in advance and wishes to cancel their enrolment prior to commencement of the training the following scale will be used.
• More than 10 days in prior to course commencement 100% refund
• 10 days or less prior to the course commencement 85% refund (15% administration fee will apply)
Student has commenced and withdraws from training
In the event that a student has paid fees in advance and withdraws from a course after commencing, an application in writing must be made and submitted to the National Training Manager for the refund within 7 days of withdrawal from the program. Each application will be assessed and dealt with on case by case basis. Factors that will be taken into consideration will be but not limited to the reason for withdrawal, how far in advance fees are paid and percentage of the course completed.
Student wishes to defer to a later course schedule
If a student wishes to defer the training program to a later schedule they must contact the training coordinator and discuss the options available. Should there be no suitable course schedule and fees have been paid in advance a refund application should be made.
