Our very own Caitlin Frail, Administration Assistant - Operations (pictured right) has reached the finals for the 2012 NSW Training Awards for the Central & Northern Sydney Region.

We nominated Caitlin for the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Student of the Year category, for her continuous skills development and the leadership she has demonstrated over the past 12 months during her traineeship (Certificate III in Business) with BCA National.

She has been outstanding in her attitude towards her work, responsibilities and colleagues, as well as taking on supporting our Darwin office and assisting with the coordination of Indigenous programs in the Northern Territory - all from Head Office in Sydney!

Caitlin says her biggest achievements to date have been completing her traineeship early; gaining employment and subsequently becoming more independent; and being awarded Employee of the Month earlier this year.

"I believe that training will get you places and I think you're not going to get a job unless you do a traineeship," Caitlin said of why she enrolled in her course. "The benefit of a traineeship is that I have a qualification behind me as well as a job."

"For me, achieving a full time job through my traineeship is what it's all about."

We wish Caitlin all the best for the regional awards dinner in June.

You are already a winner with us, Caitlin!
