If you are working in aged care, the Certificate IV in Ageing Support will equip you with the skills needed to work at a specialised level.

The Ageing Support qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services, either in residential or home or community based environment.

The qualification involves 120 hours of work placement and covers specialised subjects covering personal support needs, palliative approaches, individual service delivery support and interventions.
