Delivered online, this is a high level qualification for people interested in seeking a career or promotion in child protection and family intervention work. This course covers people who work in both residential and non-residential facilities or other Government and not-for-profit Community Organizations undertaking child protection and family support work. You will learn to work with clients at risk to improve their living and emotional circumstances, develop and implement multi-agency investigations, child risk assessment and case management strategies and how to respond to critical situations.
