We’re flexible when it comes to delivery: We are experienced in face-to-face, online, and blended delivery. Most importantly, we’ll fit in with your schedules as much as possible. We can deliver on your premises, in our campus, or in another venue if that’s the most convenient.
We’re big on experience, but small in size: With an in-house team of just over 50 specialists, we are small enough to be agile and flexible. Yet we have experience with a wide variety of clients including government, not-for-profit, indigenous communities, and large corporates. We can and do contextualize entire qualifications to ensure content makes sense to the learner within the environment they work within.

BCA National specialises in client project based training programs. BCA National has been working with state and Commonwealth departments since 1990. Recent and ongoing programs include:
Government training BCA National began delivery of Government training with the first NSW Government Management Development Program in delivering the Diploma of Government in NSW for ATSI public servants. BCA National designed and developed the program and also had it accredited. Over 90 ATSI people graduated from the program with many taking up senior positions in government and the private sector. The program sustained a 95 % completion rate over the full six courses with each course requiring six months’ study and work experience.
Indigenous Remote Service Deliver Traineeship program– (2010- Current), a partnership with Department of Social Services building management and administration skills of primary health and aged care staff in remote communities across Australia. We have delivered training to 395 remote ATSI health workers with an average completion rate of 82% since 2010. BCA National has also delivered an addition of this program through the Department of Health. This program is in its second year and has achieved a 72% completion rate to date with a targeted final completion of 83%.
Intensive Family Support Service in the Northern Territory, for Territory Families, Housing and Community Development and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) 2012-13. Direct delivery to Aboriginal people in remote communities.
Territory Families (TF) in the Northern Territory, we have been working with TF since 2011 training over 150 employees in Diploma of Child, Youth and Family Intervention. Other qualifications we have trained for TF are; Certificate III in Community Services and Diploma of Management.
We are also currently on their Child Protection Panel for non-accredited workshops.
Department of Health, NT – TAE
BCA National also has experience in a number of non-accredited training workshop for clients across Australia including
Cross Cultural Training for the Department of Land Resource Management. BCA National provided both basic and in depth cross cultural training for Department staff in the Northern Territory.
Catholic Education Office BCA National have a long history working with the Catholic Education Office (CEO) across NSW, Victoria and in the ACT. We have delivered accredited training to school staff in education support, business, management, accounting, leadership and finance. Our delivery structure is classroom based with face to face sessions generally offered once per month or fortnight, and our expert trainers work alongside our instructional design and resource development team to ensure that training is contextualised to the job role of the participants to ensure it is relevant.
In the latest ACER/AQIS benchmark report (2015), which is based on survey answers from recent past students from a range of RTOs, BCA Nationa outperformed EVERY other RTO who participated in the survey, on EVERY single one of the 10 measured scales.
ASQA (the Govt regulator for RTOs) allows BCA National to call itself "one of Australia's most trusted RTOs", built on a reputation of providing great outcomes for students.
